Where to get help.

Most questions are about the cleaning, and those are for your cleaning business. Questions about the app itself are for us.

About your cleaning

Ask the business that cleans for you, or that you work for. Only they can answer:

  • moving, adding or cancelling a visit;
  • a price, an invoice or a charge on your card;
  • a task that was missed, or something in the house;
  • adding someone to your household or your team.

If the business has added its email address and phone number, they are printed on every invoice.

About Cleanly itself

Write to hello@quobo.co about signing in, a screen that won’t load, your account, or your privacy.

If a screen showed you a reference, a short code in small type under the message, put it in your email. It lets us find exactly what went wrong.

Common questions

I can't sign in.

Cleanly has no public sign-up. Accounts come by invitation from a business. If you have forgotten your password, choose “Forgotten it?” on the sign-in page; if a link can’t be emailed, the page says so, and the owner of your business can send you one from their Team screen. If an invitation link says it has expired or was already used, ask the business to send a new one.

I run a cleaning business. How do I get in?

Write to hello@quobo.co and say who you are. Cleanly opens to cleaning businesses by invitation: we send a code to one address, and the business opens itself with it — then invites its own cleaners and households.

I'm a cleaner and I can't see the access notes.

A house’s access notes open to the people assigned to a visit once its list is locked, usually 24 hours before it starts. They close when the visit is finished. If you are on the visit and still can’t see them, call the business.

A tap on the run screen didn't seem to save.

Taps save as you make them. If the signal drops, they wait on the phone and send in order when it comes back. While that happens the screen says how many changes are waiting to save, so keep it open until that line has gone. If the screen was closed first, open the visit again: any task that isn’t ticked didn’t reach us, so tap it again.

Notifications don't arrive.

Everything Cleanly has to tell you lands in your inbox, under the bell at the top of every screen — a visit moved, a list locked, a request answered, an invoice issued. Open it when you open the app; the inbox is the complete record, whatever else reaches you.

Who can see the photos of my home?

The business’s owners, the cleaners assigned to visit it, and your household. No one else can, and nothing is public. The privacy policy sets out exactly who sees what.

How do I delete my account?

Signed in, open Settings → Delete account. The privacy policy says what that removes and what stays on the business’s records.
